FAQ

POSTAGE:
Postage will be a flat rate of $8 per order within Australia. This cost covers regular delivery (with tracking) via Australia Post and it usually takes 2 to 7 working days for your parcel to be delivered.
Please note this does not include 1 to 2 weeks of production time as each product is carefully made to order.
If you would like your order to be shipped via Express Post or any other options, please get in touch with us before you purchase at tsparkleroom@gmail.com.
For rush orders, please get in touch with us directly. Please note an extra fee may apply.
All our products come neatly gift wrapped and packaged with care.

WHICH COUNTRIES DO WE SEND TO:
We are based in Sydney, Australia and are currently only offering shipping Australia-wide.
If you live outside Australia and would like to purchase our products, please contact us directly to discuss options – we are more than happy to work with anyone that wants to enjoy our wonderful products!

PRODUCT CARE:
Each piece you purchase has been lovingly handmade to order at our Sydney studio.
Please keep all your pieces free from moisture, including but not limited to perfume, hairspray, salt water, etc, and avoid using any harsh chemicals or abrasives of any kind.
For sterling silver pieces, please store in a sealable snap lock bag and box provided in your package to prevent tarnishing.
For gold and silver plated pieces, please handle with care as the plating may wear off from rough use. To prevent tarnishing please store in the provided sealable bag & box and avoid scratching the outer layer.


RETURN POLICY:
Please choose carefully and select the right size before you make your purchase, as due to the delicate made-to-order nature of our products we do not offer refunds or exchanges simply from a Change of Mind. Please contact us before purchasing if you are unsure or have any questions.
If any purchased item of ours arrives damaged or does not function as described, we are more than happy to repair or replace the purchased item.
We put a lot of love and care when handcrafting each product at our Sydney studio, with each piece undergoing a quality check before we send it off. We make sure our deliveries are packaged safely before being delivered via Australia Post.
